mayweather vs Thomas Hearns at 147 both in their prime

I wish they would do things on this site like comparing old fighters vs new fighters & what would happen.

Hearns wins with the jab. Too big. Too long. Too strong.

Floyd wouldn't get past Hearn's jab

Hearns by KO because Floyd in his prime wasnt a WW, he was a 130-135lber.

Hearn has all the advantages in this fight and you wouldn’t bet against him. He definitely beats any ww in the last 15 years in my opinion

floyd is great but his best win against an absolute prime fighter was against corrales.. and corrales is certainly no hearns.
I’d give floyd a better chance to win against sugar ray and duran than against hearns. The height, size, style and power advantage could be too much for floyd to outbox.

Aka don't put my crush in with a guy who is bonafide top 10 atg at ww. Although Hearns/Floyd is in the same division. Hearns has a height/reach advantage and Floyd is too small that's not fair

Floyd was undefeated and what 28 or 29 when he hit ww? That sounds like prime to me.

                Big Dunn 67,000+ excuses

With the same day weigh in not in effect. This fight could have happened at 140, maybe even 135.

Hearns by KO. No way in hell Floyd could beat Tommy at 147. Not big enough, not strong enough, doesn’t hit hard enough.

Leonard beating Hearns in 81 might be the greatest win in boxing history.
