How Can it be That Calzaghe Was Never Called for Cuffing?

In his younger days he threw proper punches.

I fully understand that his hands were rather fragile, but aren't every bodies?

Watch his bout against Lacy: you'll need many more hands to count the cuffs, that he tore Lacys face up with, on your fingers,

    Joe Calslapsy.................Rockin'

Are you referring to the slaps? Such as the Manfredo Moment?

I am referring to landing shots with the laces, rather than the padded glove.

I don't know what the Manfredo Moment is...............Rockin'

That Lacy beat down was an absolute masterclass. Ruined the man.

Peter Manfredo. Where the fighter you're asking about, earned the nickname Calslappy.

calslappy just found a boxing hack to generate his amazing hand speed, side to side with the inside of the glove instead of forward and back with the knuckles. what a pure genius

He's from the British Isles, so the standard is pretty low

That's not 'boxing', but he pulled it off.

                  So props to him.

But I still can't see how he was never called on it by the refs doe.....................Rockin'
