Vitali surprised me. It's true Floyd doesn't throw much though.

Since you're a fan of Floyd, would you appreciate it if Floyd took more risks and threw more punches? Or do you enjoy his scientific breakdown of fighters without taking risks by throwing more punches?

If you want to go with a low-blow like that, I guess we can talk about how Marquez never fought at ww before while Arreola is an actual heavyweight. Weight matters in the lower weight classes.

This is why Vitali gets a lot more respect from me. I can't stand Vlad because he fights scared. And LMAO at Floyd letting a Heavyweight break his compubox numbers.

Is anyone surprised? I will admit floyd may be the greatest talent(defensively anyway) that i have ever seen but pretty much every fight he has had, has been Boring. I noticed against Marquez, Hatton, and Delahoya that more people were talking and debating about Floyd than actually watching his fight. We all knew Floyd was winning, but his unwillingness to actually fight is what turned us off. MaYweather constantly shows himself using the Speed bag while looking away or the annoying Mitt work with Roger but for some reason, come fight night, nobody ever gets to see Mayweahter use those skills offensively. I am starting to wonder why they even tease us with those displays since he has not shown those the aggressive Mayweather since he fought DCorrales. Heavyweights will never get their due course in this Fictional P4P age where fighters are taking lesser opponents to keep their pretty little records intact and i hope things change soon. If Mayweahter would go back to 140 i would have no problem with his Rankings but since he is not, I will ***** about it. I wish HBO would make a tournament similar to Showtimes but with the Welterweight Division, and they can even throw in PacMan the way Showtime threw in Abraham. Can you imagine Cotto, Mayweather, Clottey, Mosely, PacMan and either Margarito or Cintron to see who is the Champion of the Division. I know is Wishful thinking with these PansyAzz Prima-Donnas but would sure take all the Questions away.

i like the way people are saying
and floyd fought a blown-up LW
considering arreola shouldnt be fighting above 230-235
vitali beat up a blown-up smaller guy, with half the talent that JMM posseses

2 completely different fights, cant compare at all. I mean, max respect for Vitaly, but his fight was easy for an experienced guy like him. Arreola has no defence, no lateral movement, can only slug coming forward, cannot bob and weave shots. All vitali had to do was sidestep and keep distance with jabs and few combos. Respect also to Arreoola's heart, but he had the wrong gameplan, not to mention he needs to be more in shape.

The punch stats of this fight reflect how the fight went, Arreola kept coming forward and Vitali kept punching to keep him at bay. He almost never planted his feet to deliver bombs, he almost always throw arm punches (his arm punches still hurt!) to be faster and keep his stamina.

Punch stats dont matter nothing anyway, what matters is winning fights. Remember that until now, was Arreola who had the best % between punches delivered and punches received. But when he stepped up...

For those who say Vitaly fought a HW...well you cant honestly say Arreola is his size.

Does not matter how boring u think he is , u can't think of anyone that can beat him.Golf is a boring sport but Tiger Woods is the greatest and so is Floyd. You need to learn more about the science , hit and not get hit, score points and defend the opponents from scoring Floyd does it almost blind , u can't get mad at the Lakers if they had the best defense in the league and could out score teams all at the same time.Alota things floyd does is so unbelievable, sometimes u have to watch the whole fight in slow motion, Floyd is in the matrix, u try to throw a jab he hits u with a right u try to charge in he hits u with a left hook, if u just stand there doin nothing he'll kill u with the jab, also it takes two to tangle, if Floyd is boring to u why dosen't the opponent entertain u?Bottom line is it dosen't matter if its a lay up or a slamdunk a win is a win.
