Are Spence/Crawford in their absolute prime no but they are far more closer to their prime than Floyd/Manny was.

Floyd was still close to his prime being that all he was doing was cherrypicking, and Manny was an already brutally ko'd, shopworn fighter.

Hopefully Spence/Crawford fight like they are still in their prime come fight time.

Both are in their mid 30’s. Still a great fight though.

Hahaha, even Spence acknowledged that the fight was overdue and they were out of their prime. While Spence/Crawford aren't exactly as young as they could have been at this point, both have looked dominant in their last outings to make you think they'll be at their absolute best on fight night.

Pacquiao meanwhile, never looked the same once Marquez flattened him. His aggressive style where he'd throw caution to the win mostly left him to be a bit more cautious. Not to mention, his nonstop attack style became more methodical and was less active than his actual "prime" years.

Anyway, yeah, Spence knows what's up.

Floyd’s prime was around 135 lbs. manny was 130 probably. I don’t think either were near their prime when they fought, but to call Manny shopworn is a huge stretch.

Hard to compare Manny / Floyd and Crawford / Spence because by the time Floyd and Manny fought they were bonafied first ballot hall of fame guys with exceptional resumes. We had a lot of evidence of what these guys were capable of because we saw them in w great fighters on many occasions. Same can’t be said for these two. Regardless, I’m excited to see them right and I think Crawford wins a clear decision.

They're so inactive that is hard to tell if they are in their prime or not
