Beterbiev - Bivol will probably never happen

WBC is blocking Bivol from fighting for undesputed . Following their instructions, Arum makes it clear he won`t allow Beterbiev to fight Bivol.

Russia is seen as un aggressor in Ukrainian war and it is not very likely that this war ends anytime soon. Beterbiev is 38 already and if the war ends 3 years from now, he will be 41 already and probably retired

The solution could be if Bivol drops Russian citizenship and takes Moldavian/Korean ( if they even offer it to him), but is is unlikely, Bivol lives in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

I think special exemptions can be granted, but I'll shave my cat and spray paint it aquamarine the day that happens.

Once the WBC see how much this fight will generate they will allow it to happen. They are corrupt and greedy

        Has Arum actually said that?

There's an easy solution: drop the WBC title. One less sanctioning body with their hand in the cookie jar.

More than likely it won't be a big fight with that region at war but it also has the interest in that region.

Beterbiev maybe but people definitely know who Bivol is now. Whether that actually translates into people watching him is another story.

I would say Bivol is much better known than Benavidez.

Also, DAZN (Hearn) and Top Rank (Arum) don’t have much of a history working together. People give PBC shyte but they work with the other promotions more than anyone.
