The main issue with WBC when it comes to mandatory is that they don't enforce it to the elites instead they repeatedly organise eliminators. So, for them to announce a mandatory is quite meaningless. Besides, AJ doesn't need to be Greedy Belly's mandatory for the fight to happen, it depends on whether Greedy Belly has enough confidence to face him. That's currently lacking in him.
