It's not that I'm pro law enforcement, they have enough problem's within their ranks from top to bottom that they need to correct!
I'm pro justice, especially for a pregnant women who was left with injuries at the site of the accident, which then turned into a hit, and run.
Only because Tank decide that he was going to look out for himself, rather than try to rend any kind of assistance to the people he injured.

The judge is an idiot, she is crying that Davis didnt say Im sorry, you never say sorry for a criminal accusation it's an admission of guilt.

I think there was an admission of guilt when he pled guilty. I'm pretty sure that is how that works.

Although I like the judge for meting out justice, I think forcing someone to stay in a limited space can be contested ? House arrest should mean any house, unless they pass a law to make that more specific, like how big the size of a house should be, or how luxurious should it be. Maybe Davis needs to hire much better million $ lawyers

This is not criminal, it's standard practice everywhere in the world, a judge has the power to determine what sentence to mete out depending on certain factors, like the defendant not clearly showing remorse as per their liking. That's why ********s and **********s fight hard to get their favored judges appointed, these judges are powerful as their rulings can be subjective, viewed as "criminal" by many.

Anyway, his lawyers were not good enough, they should have said it in the first place that he would plead guilty as he was so remorseful, and that would have been recorded in court. Davis just did as he was told by his lawyers, but his lawyers fell short.

I meant criminal more as an adjective than a noun. It just seems pretty unjustifiable to claim that a defendant showed no remorse when he plead guilty and therefore had no reason to address the court or the victim.

As much as Tank is wrong in the situation in general, he does have a point with the living situation. He's a famous multimillionaire in a city full of a lot of desperate people. He needs to have a security team.
