As a boxer there are very few reasons outside of race. She's unbeaten, the best in the world, and has accomplished more than any female boxer in history. So yes. I believe the majority of the hatred is racially motivated. You don't see that same energy here towards any other female boxer.

Who cares she can't punch? She's winning fights one-sidedly because she's that good. You don't accomplish all that on a fluke.

So you cant see any other reason at all? How bout Crews Dezurn. Does she get a lot of hatred? I thought people liked her. Im pretty sure most of the criticism I read is for womens boxing in general. I havent heard anyone but you mention race being a reason to not like her.

She doesn't heve the same level of success so you can't compare her. If she starts dominating like Shields she'll get the same hatred. You can look at however you want. It's not going to change what I see or what I think about it.

Ok I'll bite. As much as I love being called a racist I'll chime in. She trained at a small local gym for awhile. All American Girl. Two time Olympic medalist. Had my hopes up. Really wanted to like her. Nevermind her and her entourage being obnoxious as F*&K the whole time I was there, this small local gym allowed her to train there for some time for free. At some point all they asked was that she wear a small patch with the gym's name on it on her trunks in her next fight. Mind you she had already been training there for awhile. Well Miss Diva lost her **** and proceeded to demand some obscene amount of money from them and when they told her to piss off she proceeded to blast and badmouth them all over social media. Multiple current and former World Champions used to frequent and train there. One in particular (he was a "multiple" time heavyweight World Title Challenger) even lost his **** out loud one night when she was bitching and moaning (as usual) in her post fight interview about how no one respects her or pays her what she's "worth." He got up (he's a very large man) and (pretty much speaking for everyone there) yelled at the TV in front of everyone "because everyone hates you *****!" Yes he's black. And as I've said before, I'm not singling her out. Kovalev trained there too and they all said he was a douchebag too. But this thread is about her. I don't know her personally, and if you know her personally or have any other stories about her you're welcome to share. But please don't tell me she doesn't have NEARLY the following she should have simply because she's black. That's just weak.

That's also because no other female boxer is as annoying and obnoxious as she is. And at the end of the day, like the WNBA, it's still women's boxing. If you're the greatest Special Olympian of all time, at the end of the day you're still re-tarded.
