It's shame when there's so much controversy regarding a contest , if I were in Haney's position I would take it , massive money and there would be even more interest than the first fight as Haney was expected to win and he said he would win big , he didn't. The times we are in where poor rematches are thrown at us , this should be a must but I fear Haney doesn't want to know .

It did. There is only so much the body can take. Give Loma credit for the game face for sure.

Yo dude, he ran out of gas after the 10th and 11th. Similar thing happened in the Teo fight. He pushed the pedal rds 8-11, won them, then lost the 12th almost getting knocked down.

Although Loma keeps on sounding like a sore loser that just wont let it go...hes right about team haney not willing to give him a rematch despite all the backlash and criticism.

He just tired of hitting Devin too much on the head. Even if you hit a punching bag that doesn't hit back, you will tired.

          Remember he is old.

The only 135lb fight Haney is taking is Tank, if and only if, Al/Floyd significantly overpay him.

I doubt they do that although Tank’s new legal problems may require a quick influx of cash.
Loma is probably the only fighter today who might actually accept a rematch at 140.

You are probably right. A powerful lefty is not a good recipe for Haney at the minute

Old and ******.I don’t think in the history of this sport an undisputed fight and the challenger knowingly goes into the final rd just to cruise it because he thinks he has already won

Not scared, but the weight. It's hard for Haney to squeeze down to make weight.

He should rather move up than worry about holding on to undisputed titles.

Whatever one's opinion of the decision, both Haney and Loma are still two of the biggest stars in and around the weight they fight at.
