    Actually not a bad idea. If Floyd really wants to make a legacy going up two weights (like Marquez) would give him some kudos.

    I also think Mayweather could win quite easily. It would be like Pavlik was moving in slow motion and Floyd would cruise to a wide UD.

      well we can agree to disagree. i dont see a 1d, slower fighter even if he is taller beating mayweather. main reason being is that i think pavlik would miss most of his shots and floyd would be the same 1 shot at a time, probably land 59% again if not more, hit and dont get hit. by the same token i dont see mayweather growing a set of balls to fight some1 bigger. i just think if it ever happened its easy pickings.

        Mayweather is not bigger than Pavlik like Hopkins, Mayweather doesn't fight like Hopkins. Mayweather can not afford to trade licks with Pavlik like Hopkins.

            your right there. but floyd very rarely stands toe to toe and trade. thats not his style unfortunatly. itd be better to watch floyd if he was like that but he'd probably have a loss if he did that his whole career.
