I assure you, you can. If you damage the arms, shoulders, and elbows enough that fighter will either quit or wont be able to lift their arms to block forcing the ref to stop the fight.

You can do a ton of damage by hitting a fighter in the arms. Especially a fighter like Mayweather who shoulder rolls and has those fast hands. Break the shoulders, break the arms.
