    I stand corrected… I was an IT manger in sF and part of my job was to make sure smart guys showed up …

    for meetings. I also made sure we had cheetos and Mountain Dew, Red Bull and other things they wanted

    a top programmer can out code and out perform. A lot of guys with degrees
