Close fight. Not arguably. No shame in having a close fight with Jacobs. You guys forget so fast but Jacobs was a tough fight for anyone during that time.

Canelo should just take offer, whoop David's butt next September and finish this boogeyman nonsense once and for all, easy money grab. But stubborn canelo wants Bivol revenge hope he desists Bivol dont want it at 175 anyways.

Canelo vacated the belt at 160 after beating cotto and made ggg wait a whole year. If you're gonna tell it. Then tell it all

Never would have fought either because GGG was scared of 168 remember?

Unless it was for Chavez jr or froch of course.....I remember it all

Canelo ran from GGG for about 5 years b4 he fought. Oscar was advising Canelo to let GGG age out a little bit, because Canelo still had youth on his side. Even still, in the 1st fight, Canelo ran all night. When had we ever seen Canelo back pedal from anyone? He was literally in flight for 12 round and he lost that fight clearly. 2nd fight, he got handled. Yes he came forward, but he was still controlled and outboxed and in the last 2 rounds, Canelo had his eye busted wide open with an uppercut and he finished tired and holding on. 3rd fight he won fair and square. David will be different. Youth is on his side. And he doesn't gas out or look to do any holding. He's going punish Canelo severely

who wins or loses is debatable, point I was making canelo faced the most feared fighter of this generation multiple times. It’s crazy to think he now fears fighting Benavidez.

                    • canelo isnt fighting benavidez, too young, too strong, too dangerous. guys clinging onto his whole 'im unbeatable at 168' BS by fighting people like john ryder etc, i dont know who canelo will fight next but im sure theres some eurobum somewhere in the division ive forgot about who would be suitable
