You casuals don’t know sht. Never boxed a day in your lives. Spence has a weak chin. Any guy getting hurt by Lartey, buzzed by Porter, and if you had an eye you saw him hurt vs Brook also. His chin is a liability.

Also, how do you rate Spence's chin? I think both are average at best.
Above Average for sure. Kell brook is a big puncher and hit him flush in the face several times and was never wobbled. He most recently had a fight , I can’t remember who it was and he stopped to look at the referee and was hit cleanly in the face. The punches you don’t see usually do the damage but he absorbed that without any trouble. Crawford I would say as a average chin. Wasn’t he dropped 2 fights ago where his glove touched the canvas?

Pros- It’s an event put on by Al Haymon.
Cons- It’s an event put on by Al Haymon.

Have the boxing community like Al Haymon hall the boxing community hate Al Haymon. So the fight will do about half of what it should do.

Bro this is boxing. You’re gonna get hit. I don’t care how tight your defense is. You’re gonna get touched. You can get hurt. Anybody can get hurt. I don’t care how tough you are or how great of a chin you have or think you have.

Yes. If you’re like Khan and getting straight dropped several times, yeah you got a weak chin. But just because you get hurt in the ring here and there, that don’t mean you got a weak chin. It’s how you recover. Can you recover quick. That’s the test of a chin.

Even if you get dropped, you can have a good chin. Take John Ryder. That guy has a good chin. Did he get dropped, yeah! Clear as day he got dropped. But he recovered quick and took clean shots from Canelo. Bloodied up. But he recovered well and stayed in there.

Yeah Spence has been hurt, but never for too long. You can say the same for Crawford. In the few moments they’ve been hurt, they recovered quick. And if I’m not mistaken, neither have been dropped or have been dropped clean.

They may not have the best chins, but from what I have seen, they are solid.

His chin is a liability let me guess because you have boxed you can give an accurate measurement on his chin capabilities . His chin has stood firm thus far. Carl froch had a granite chin he was buzzed by Andre Ward , dropped by George groves is his chin a liability then?

The nerve of these noobs. You better hope Crawford doesn’t catch Spence or your going to see him crawling on the ground looking real weak until the eventual surrender. The difference is Spence turns into a deer in the headlights when hurt. He’s no Marquez or Froch. More of a Joshua who will fold if you keep hurting him.

You don’t have to worry about Spence catching Crawford, the guy is a brawler at heart and will only get meaner.

I agree. Spence has a very suspect chin to me.

There's a reason he has matched up with so many little guys moving up in weight.

There's a reason he's so big at welterweight and didn't choose to fight at light middleweight.

No one’s arguing with you that Spence has been hurt, caught clean. It’s happened. There’s video evidence of it. Hell. Crawford has the ability to floor Spence and I wouldn’t be surprised if he stops him, just like I wouldn’t be surprised if Spence stops Crawford. It’s a nearly 50/50 fight. I give Crawford a slight edge based on his meanness, ability to finish hurt boxers, and he’s been more active as of recent.

But where does this notion of Spence “turning into a deer in the headlights,” when hurt come from? Because every time he’s ever been caught clean/hurt, he recovered quick and responded.

Both Spence and Crawford are proven champs and it’s gonna be one helluva boxing match that I look forward to!
