It's not impossible for any fight to end with a KO.

But in this fight, i believe it will go to the scorecards unles Cotto or manny will do a ricky hatton defenseless move.

    I predict that:

In early rounds, Cotto should use timing and KO or hurt manny atleast to win this fight.. Coz if he got cut and bleed before he can even hurt manny.. its over.

If cotto bleeds.. Its either manny will TKO him or the fight will be stopped and will go to the scorecards..

Its Alzheimer's, which still doesn't make sense. Memory loss? What the hell does that have to do with anything.

Freddie is hallucinating, i dont give 2 monkey ***s bout his last 2 predictions. He is fighting a different type of fighter, Cotto would have killed DLH and Massacred Hatton. Its all BS coming from this guy. Come Fightnight the questions will be answered. Cotto TKO in 7.

Cotto took Maragrito to late rounds and Tony had bricks... If Pac knocks out Cotto, I will be very surprised....

Freddie's been pretty accurate the last couple of times, so maybe's he's right.

Sure Freddie. Just say he'll win and leave it at that.

I don’t have to diminish the Pacman or write smack about his abilities to give my prediction. Nor do I have to elevate Cotto’s skills and ramble like a fanatic to make my point. We need more Pacquiao’s and Cotto’s in the sport… hell I’m truly a fan of both fighters.

Freddy is doing his job…. What can you expect…for him to say that there is no way his meal ticket can KO an opponent? What do you expect from Khan… to say that his stablemate has no chance against Mayweather? They are doing their thing… which is to support their man.

Having said that… I tell you that south of 140 lbs… Cotto would get the KTFO. Not because he lack skills, but rather because his frame will not let him compete and Pacman is a monster at those weights. Now, at 147+ the advantage goes to the Caguas’ Crusher. So I have to say, that at 145, the plain field is somewhat leveled. Pacman will have his speed and explosive power while taking away from Cotto’s stamina & strength. While Cotto will have the advantage of Size and power while making the Pacman come up 5 pounds.

The way I see the fight is maybe to simple. Cotto has been fighting bigger guys, taking solid punches (some with plaster) from bigger and also quick fighters. Every time he has fought a smaller quick boxer, he has either KOed them or really hurt them. In the other hand, Pacman has fought fantastic fighter (no need to go over his resume) but they were smaller than Cotto. If Marquez made Pacman’s head snap back… imagine what Cotto can do? Both fighters get hit… often…. Who can do the most damage at that weight? I know that Cotto has been hit flush by Mosely, Clottey, Margacheato & Judah and not been knock out by a single punch (with Margo he took knee after a hell of a beating…. And tell me that Pacman will have been able to stand to that onslaught).

What I see is Cotto using his timing, good technical skills to take away Pacmans speed and straight left. He will start making the Pacman back up (with smart preassure – not a Hatton march of death) and punishing the smaller fighter to the body. Look out for Cotto’s Jab… it will disrupt the filipino’s timing and will tag him all night long (alas Mosley). At the end, I see a KO victory for the PR in a fantastic fight that will be exciting until the end.

Roach is talking out of his ass again. They will both start fast, the difference is that Manny may have all of the speed in the world but once he gets hit with just one of Cottos power punches; It's a WRAP !!! Cotto is coming out to destroy this guy... He is not superman and neither is Cotto but Cotto is a proven welterweight with Knock out power.

Cotto has 27 KO's on his record from mostly bigger fighters (Welterweights). Pacquiao has 37 KO's on his record from little fly weight fighters not to mention the two knock out losses from little feather weight fighters.... Cotto has just on TKO from Plasterito but was never knocked down or Knocked out. He walked out of the ring...

Bottom line.... When the two clash, Cotto will survive as a result of heart and power...
