Claiming the orgs were the problem and the timing wasn't right is literally the opposite of what happened.

The orgs got out of the way and the timing was perfect.

None of that is the reason why the fight didn't happen.

Fury gonna fight Chisora again? There is nobody else for him to fight that would be slightly interesting other than Usyk or AJ. The only other one that makes sense is Wilder again

Makes sense? 3 fights, 2 dominations. Nah. Even Wikder backed out of fighting the fatboy (easy win for Wilder imo) but hes running around the world begging AJ and Usyk for fights now.
