Why the sudden lost of respect for the great JMM??

It seems that some idiots are talking **** about JMM because he lost to Floyd. I dont see any shame in losing to a good fighter that is way bigger than you when you are 36. Respect Marquez, because he is a legend in this sport.

If JMM and Floyd were the same size, reach and age, Marquez would have beaten him.

JMM gets my respect, Floyd does not.

    JMM > Floyd

I don't know about him being a legend...

He's a HOFer but legend is another level...

That's what you call bandwagoners. They don't back their fighter to the end.

RJJ lost 5 times and got KTFO twice and i'm still rooting for him like it's 1996.

I do notice the sudden lost of love for Marquez from his huggers, It could just be a phase. Marquez will be back, he won't end his career with a loss.

            JMM is a living legend..period!..

he's had the short end of the stick in his fights with Pacquiao and Chris John..and was out muscled and out weighed in the Mayweather fight..

but he's currently my 2nd favorite..and I hope Pacquiao gives him the 3rd fight after the Cotto loss..Marquez deserves it!..

^^ Agree. I have lost no respect for him, in fact I gained some because he ventured north of his comfort zone by two or maybe even three weight divisions. How can anyone not respect him for stepping up to the plate? Dude's a warrior.

Who the **** said they lost respect for him? I ain't seen none of that. The fact that he even went thru wit that mismatch earned him more respect than ever.
