diaz needs to loose some weight and try to make 130lbs or even 126lb. IMO he isnt strong enough for LW.

It wouldn't be smart for Diaz to fight Malignaggi in NY anyway. It's not his fault he got a gift decision (according to some, I thought it was pretty close). I want to see him fight Valero, Diaz, Funeka, Guzman, Soto, etc.
