Anyone that believes canelo will outbox usyk needs to be reconsidered as something other than "smart poster" I've not got the patience to explain why it just wouldn't happen. Usyk is a big southpaw who utilises feints and great footwork both offensively and defensively. He would make canelo hesitant with feints and force him to reset often. Bivol did this with throwaway punches mixed amongst stronger shots kept canelo guessing and hesitant in midrange where he is usually most effective. It's why he looked so frustrated by round 6 got closed down offensively and couldn't dent bivol would be exactly the same with usyk maybe even worse usyk could be strong enough to stop him.

Yeah I called the bivol win too bro, was great to see him push canelo back during the fight on the inside multiple times Saul looked shocked that it wasn't Billy Joe or plant in there succumbing to his pressure. Just an angry yet composed Russian looking to clean his clock with combos.

I actually saw what you mention around a month or so before the bivol fight people were saying sky's the limit for canelo he could beat usyk at a catchweight of 200. Usyks not a true heavyweight blah blah blah...... Was crazy to see grown men forgoing all critical thinking capabilities.

What do you think happens in their rematch assuming they will fight in 168.

I believe outcome will be the same but they will try harder to rob Bivol on scorecards.

I speak Russian so I saw interview were Bivol trainer says he will be more aggressive in the rematch. He gave to much respect in first fight.
