If Tyson Fury decides to fight in Australia, it is one of the biggest sporting events.
That would of happened in Australia since the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
It is kind of irrelevant what Australian people are interested in, the country is a sporting nation 'If a sporting event is staged there, they will turn up and watch it'.
Note: I noticed people saying, so and so is not known here 'This guy is more known'. That is irrelevant, if Tyson Fury decides to fight in Australia and takes the boxing & world media with him? Australian heads will turn, because that is the very nature of casual sports fans in society.
It most certainly is not the standard of fight Fury should be fighting, but? I and a few other posters, ONE other poster. Have continually told people that between big fights Tyson Fury will drop down in levels.
Tyson Fury outside of Kiltschko & Wilder has pretty much 95% of the time fought at domestic to European level.
I must admit? I thought to myself, after Chisora vs Fury III. Maybe Fury will start taking on big fights, you know 'Really start being this all-time great Champion, HIS hardcore fans make him out to be'.
But as we can all see, Fury possibly has other ideas 'Tyson Fury is a great fighter, but I don't rate him as a great Champion'.
I have always stated that Tyson Fury does not like being a Champion, I don't think he enjoys the requirements 'Fury does not like the idea of being every other Heavyweight fighters target, no matter what he says? His behavior and actions to me, suggest otherwise to me'.
Tyson Fury last two fights, have been unimpressive performances. I actually BELIEVE, that Anthony Joshua's last two fights skill for skill have been better performances.
Yes Joshua lost vs Usyk. But if you actually analyse his performance skill for skill 'Tyson Fury has not operated at that level when it comes to pure boxing for over 7-8 years'.
Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury III, skill for skill was not a high level fight 'Great fight in terms of passion and competitiveness, but technically it was not a high level fight skill for skill'. From round 2 on wards both fighters were mess, fatigued and making unforced errors.
Tyson Fury quite early on in the fight, randomly just decided to square up to Wilder 'And open the front door in slow motion'. This is what lead to Wilder decking Tyson Fury. In some ways Tyson Fury was fortunate that he was competing against Deontay Wilder.
Although I rate Wilder extremely highly within this era of Heavyweights. I know what Wilder is good at, and I know what he is not so good at 'Wilder when he has a fighter hurt, for me does not have a accurate or efficient offense'.
At no point during Joshua vs Usyk II or most likely even the first fight. Did Anthony Joshua randomly at any point produce a unforced error as bad as what Tyson Fury did vs Wilder.
Note: I am not really bothered who Tyson Fury fights next. As long as Fury is fighting, then that is the best we can expect during his reign.
