This is a common misconception. Once the champion enters the ring, they are no longer champion until they either win or draw. There is no obligation for a “challenger” to win decisively or by knock out. Simply to win at least one more round than the other fighter is enough.

That's right, the phrase that you have to win decisively or by knockout to beat the champion is "double speak."

I don't really understand the controversy surrounding the fight because I don't see it as a robbery.
A lot of close rounds especially early on; I understand 10 & 11 were the most decisive rounds but there still only 10 - 9 on a scorecard.
I personally scored the fight a draw and I can see the fight going either way. I think a rematch is necessary but the reaction to the result isn't justified.

A robbery in my eyes is Fox Vs Maestre just for context.

Haney and his bum ass dad would never compete with the accomplishments of Lomachenko and his father, Devin will be lucky if he can even win a title at 140 he's not the next Mayweather not even close and Shakur would toy with him just like he did in sparring and Tank stops him in under 10.
