    This.

Loma and Haney are each others best opponents and showed each others flaws, and limitations.

I was left wondering how Loma made some boxers look so bad. He made men quit but has really no pop or finishing ability, at least at the highest level.

Haney is a Good counter guy, good jab. But chinny clearly, has susceptibility to the left straight of southpaws, little power, and his biggest flaw is he doesn’t throw more than 2 punches. which Loma exploited with his 3-4 punch combos. Dodge the jab, takes the follow up but lands 2-3 for Haney’s 1.

      This is a brillian idea

The thing is, people complain when fans give out about a guy they support not getting a decision in a close fight or maybe even in a fight they think they clearly deserved but then will be the first to give out about fighters who they dont like who they will say always get close fights and pre filled in score cards when it suits them, pretty much all house or home or a-side fighters get close fights or not so close fights sometimes so u cant really complain too much about one getting it & not others too possibly

Without a doubt, that boy Haney got his ass whooped by the smaller, shorter and older man. It was another classic, master class from Loma.

It was an amazing fight, probably the best fight in the last 5-8 years but terrible and wrong decision/ending.

Haney's still the email champion holding fake belts.

Not a P4P fighter, yet you couldn't beat him decisively?

Ok Loma, Devin might not be P4P but he definitely kicked your ass. Also, If Haney isn't P4P then why did you lose to him?

Scoring pro boxing isn't just about who landed more punches. That is Olympic scoring. Pro boxing is about who had better ring generealship, who landed the more crisp, harder and more accurate punches, who was the aggressor, combined with punch stats, and also knockdowns and if a fighter is visibly hurt as in reeling, out on his feet, etc.

Loma by those standards won at least 8 rounds and a case could be made for 9. I keep hearing "Haney landed body shots, Loma fans don't get it". Loma showed no signs of being bothered by the body shots, was never hurt, and many of the shots were visibly low and not legal punches. Even if all the body shots are counted, Loma landed the more accurate shots, he confused Haney all night ans he visibly hurt Haney.

This is why all the fighters are saying Loma won. By pro boxing judging standards, he obviously won. And it wasn't a draw, not at all. It wasn't "what a person likes". Loma won the fight, if we are going by actual pro boxing scoring. Olympic scoring is not pro boxing scoring.
Loma showed no signs, huh? Go watch that 10 round again. About 40 seconds left in the round, watch the hard body shot by Haney back Loma up and make him regroup.

People will really tell themselves anything in an attempt to prove their biases.

8 or 9 rounds, my ass!

Get the fuck out of here fanboy! 8-4 my ass! I say it's more like 6-6 or 7-5. Loma started his attack late as usual. He was trailing on all three official judges score cards heading into the 10th round of that fight.

At best he needed at least a knockdown in order to win the fight or at worst; Win at least the twelfth round in order to officially score the fight a Draw.

That was an easy win for haney considering loma was one of the very best of 135lbs division. Haney is the king of 135lbs and the future king of 140-147lbs division.
