          Canelo I guess.

Since Manny and Floyd left, it hasn’t been good.

It is a dying sport but I’ll always be a fan.

Tank has a solid/loyal following that support him hardcore , buy his fights and go to this fights.....But IMHO he needs a dance partner to sell PPVs , say what you want about Rolly but he carried the build up to their fight , then again say what you want about Ryan but again he has a way bigger social media following than Tank that carried that fight.Tank is not a prime Tyson, ODLH, Floyd, Canelo that no matter who they fight will still put up ridiculous PPV buys .

Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua are the faces of boxing. They're the most called out fighters in this sport. They're referred to as money fights. They're the reasons, or even made excuses, why many fighters are now playing waiting games. They couldn't even take stay-busy fights for fear of losing. They just want to leech off someone else's popularity and don't have any desire to become one by doing it on their own.

there are 17 weight classes. How can one person be the face of a sport in which everyone doesn't face each other? What does the "face of boxing" even mean?

It's all they had to try to sell the fight because they'd both been ducking real title shots for ages. Ryan ducked, what, three mandatory shots, and Tank has just been collecting fake secondary trinkets.

                    The best post.

Canelo is overall face of boxing since 2015 Cotto fight. He is directly successor of Floyd in America. He is dominating the sport straight 8 years. Floyd dominated 8 years as well between 2007-2015.

Joshua "was" face of European boxing since 2015 Whyte fight. I think Fury took his throne since Wilder 2. But, he is still second richest boxer according to Forbes.

Fury is great mainstream since Wilder rematch. He has a power to make 70/30 purse against unified HW champion in Usyk. He can make 100 million in just one fight in December.

                    My ranking for now:

                    1- Canelo Alvarez
                    .
                    .
                    2- Tyson Fury
                    3- Anthony Joshua

Unfortunately Ginger is the face. Davis is maybe 3rd, after AJ. But if CONelo and Chinny Joshua get beat in their next fight, which is a STRONG POSSIBILITY, and Davis FINALLY decides to take on the top guys at 135 and wins, there could be a passing of the torch.
