Nothing against Charlo but the right thing to do is relinquish him of the title.

If he is not fit to fight whether mentally or physically that is something he has to work out personally. It should not prevent other challengers from having a shot at the title.

Without a shadow of a doubt that's the way it should absolutely be, because you can't hold a belt hostage while the rest of the division's fighter's are left stagnant.

I hope Charlo recovers and gets himself into a good space, but two years is too long to wait for a title defense. The sensible approach would be to give Charlo first crack when he's ready again. Meanwhile, move on and let others fight for the belt. Better for Sulaiman as well since no title defense = no sanctioning fees.
