CA was too big, Fast Eddie is too small. Quote Ali: "If they're fast enough to catch me, The're too small to hurt me."

It has come to a point where Eddie Chambers is the most qualified American fighter out there and is possibly the most cerebrally skilled technician in the division. He has a better chance against Vitali's come forward style with the higher volume than he does against the calculated pace and extremely accurate jab of Wlad's, The comparison between Byrd and Chambers is flawed. They don't have similar styles at all (when Byrd was actually effective at heavyweight), and just because they were both defensive doesn't mean they fought the saem at all. Mike Tyson and Michael Moorer were offensive fighters, but they were never confused for being similar. Byrd used his legs for defense and used counters on the inside for his shots, while Chambers bends at his waist to counter and only goes to the body on lead shots. He doesn't use his legs at all and is a significantly better agressive fighter while Byrd was better at flurrying and stealing rounds. Chambers has the skills and style to beat both Klitschkos, but it will boil down to heart and his ability to deal with their experience.

Byrd's strongest point was actually fighting by the ropes and upperbody movement, not hhis footwork. Which obviously spelled doom all over his encounters with Wlad.

The fight will be in the U.S. Klitschko should go to Eddies back yard and kick his as there like Vitali did to Arreola. Eddies fans will feel it more.

I was impressed with Chambers against Dimitrenko, I like the way he moved in had really good upper body movement and was working well on the inside, in fact I couldn’t believe it was the same fighter that beat Peter he looked massively better and I put that down to the weight guys like Arreola should take note of that. I think Chambers will put up a better fight than all most all Wlad's previous opponents but Chambers still needs to increase the work rate if he is to have a chance.

Chambers is going to get KOd. I don't see him showing up to do anything to win the fight.

I think the matter is in Vitali`s toughness, which is an obvious advantage over Wlad.

But remember what have ****m Richardson said....
“I tell people that Klitschko is one of the greatest heavyweights of all time,” he said, fully aware that such a statement takes many by surprise. “They laugh at me and say, ‘What?’ I say, ‘Yeah, I rank him up there with the Alis and the Foremans.’ Why? He’s had 57 fights and is the reigning heavyweight champion even though he doesn’t have a great chin. How in the world do you dominate the heavyweight division with no chin? Do you know how good you have to be to do that?

“The last fight with (Ruslan) Chagaev is as close to perfect as you can get. He kept the No. 3-ranked heavyweight from landing a clean shot the entire fight.”
There is a point in it... I just think the time will show what place do the brothers take in HW boxing history... I think they`ve already became a part of history and stoned their places in HoF; they`re unique. And i truly believe that if Wladimir (i doubt Vitali can - he himself stated that recently) stays a champion for long enough he can make top 10 HW all time!

Thread: doubt Eddie can make to the final bell. No disrespect to the guy, but now Wladimir can adjust really quick; "Fast" Eddie may cause him problems in the first two rounds, but than Wlad will just adjust to his speed and... farewell!

I just saw this point, and it`s the opportunity for me to say something i wanted to say for a long time! I think Byrd is the one of the best HW`s of the last say 10-15 years, i would rate him just behind Lewis and Klitschkos, and Holyfield i guess... And i think he could (yeh, could`ve, would`ve...) be a good force in some previous era`s...

I agree with everything you say, and taking to consideration what you say i think Chambers would be a beast at CW should that division have some more talent and money to be worth competeing in it...

Chambers stands no chance against Vitali, he'd get a real good beat down, and he seems like a good dude so it would be a shame. His people shouldn't let him near Vitali. Dimentrenko was nothing special at all and made Chambers look better than he is. In fact he should have stopped him
