Fight won't happen. Garcia got used to that Tank Davis money. No going back now.

But Garcia just won the belt two fights ago. If he drops the belt, then he'll really have no leverage.

GBP really needs to win this purse bid for Roach's sake, because he's been very inactive. Garcia is there for the taking.

I agree, but when has Fishnets ever won a purse bid???

They did win the Ortiz/Stanionis purse-bid. IDK how much value they see in Roach, but at least they'd be able to get him a winnable title shot. Roach can put himself in top 5 conversation with just one fight. If he wins, then DAZN potentially has a Roach vs. Cordina unification.

Garcia vs. GRJ would've been good, but i'd rather see GRJ fight O'Shaquie Foster @ 130 or Issac Cruz @ 135!

I'm not sure Ortiz-Stanionis went to purse bid.

GBP won the purse-bid by almost $200K. This bout is very important to their 2023 schedule:

Thanks. I didn't know that. Fishnets seldom does purse bids. The fact he did for this fight shows how much he values Ortiz Jr.
