Poor Barroso is ugly. People don't think ugly matters, but it matters a lot. They figure to make more money from younger, prettier Rolly. Barroso could do cave man movies.

One of the worst stoppages and obvious displays of corruption in the sport I've ever seen, and I've been watching boxing for 50 years. Nothing Rolly threw in that last flurry landed. Not a single punch. The knockdown was a push-down. Notice Jim Grey never even tried to flag down Tony Weekes to ask him his thought process that led to the stoppage. Disgusting and disgraceful. Al is becoming just as blatantly corrupt as Bob and Eddie. He's no longer even hiding it. If you thought the Granados-Easter and Fortuna-Easter decisions were bad, this stoppage is considerably worse because it was so out in the open for everyone to see in real time.

Bob and Eddie have their moments but no one is as corrupt as PBC. Remember Al Haymon is the architect of the 2nd half of Floyd's career.

That was some of the worst refereeing I’ve ever seen. The sad thing is for as bad of a fight as Rolly was fighting he was coming on and may have very well got the stoppage the right way.

Regardless I don’t expect Rolly to be champion for very long as he looked so small at 140 and didn’t take the shots too well.

This was the worst stoppage i have seen in a very long time. I hope this fight, and Weeks are investigated. Should be overturned. Romero is entertaining, but not a good fighter at all. Ryan Garcia will knock him spark out. Any top 20 fighter will. I am disgusted with the sport right now. I love this sport, and have followed it for over 40 years. But travesties like this is why people are never going to trust that this sport is going to treat the fighters right when they deserve to win, or the chance to win. Weeks saw Romero losing, and was instructed to end it in Romero's favor as soon as possible. I hope they do the right thing, and ban Weeks, and overturn this travesty.

Just to be clear. I do not blame Romero. He is just a guy trying to make a buck. I also think that he is not a top 20 Jr Welter, much less Champion material. These Corrupt Refs, Promoters, and Commissions are going to get him, and other lower tier fighters fighting at a level that they do not belong in, seriously hurt. This is the real back eye for the sport. You can argue that GGG beat Canelo, or vice versa, but they belonged in the ring together. Romero does not belong with the other Champions, or even top contenders. He is going to get hurt in there, and his people do not care.

Will this prompt an investigation into weeks and an overturn of the ward kovalev result where weeks stopped the fight after ward low blows kovalev over and over? Now we know he was just there to find a way to make sure ward won because kovalev kicked his azz in the first fight. Same exact thing. We need to check all his bank accounts
