Shields makes it very hard to be a fan of hers when she makes delusional statements like this.

Exactly! That's how I see it playing out as well. Shields does try to knockout all over her opponent's, but she just doesn't posses a knockout punch.
Imagine if she did, she would be like another version of Iron Mike Tyson, and they'd give her another nick name like Claressa '*******' Shields.

Women's fights are still 10 2 min rounds at championship level.

As for the claim by Shields, she's got a 15% knockout ratio. She's got pillow fists even for women, who have a harder time getting knockouts with only 2 mins to work with at a go.
