At least Bud could point out being paid a minimum of around 3,9mil (if memory serves) to stay on "his side of the street" with TR. What is exactly Regis' argument here? Ramirez has only one fight left with TR and Teo is kind of beefing with TR, does that mean that they are both with Matchroom withing the next year or two while Regis will be 35-36 years old by then.

Regis is already 34 years old!

I’ve told people Prograis is a duck but most of the fanboys are high on the guy so he can do no wrong and everyone else is the ducker. This guys goal not long ago was chasing Broner with a fervor. Now he wants Ryan/Tank/Teofimo. His game is obvious.

And this is why the only good win he has is Zepeda.

EXACTLY.. The loud Prograis contingent are too blinded by racism.. the clown is 34 years old and is freely saying he is happy to be getting two more tune up fights and then maybe Mattias LOLLLLL

To my creole brother get that ,$$$. Also dude I don't blame him at 34 he has 2 legit options make as much money over 6 fights max or try to unify the division. Well Ryan Garcia looks beatable and will need an aged opp with pedigree and possibly a belt say next yr. Get 10m for that or a tank fight or hell cash out vs spence at 147

I've ben telling you guys for years that MR knows that they cannot build a complete US roster of fighters so they have resorted to kamakazi tactics to just blow up American fights. He could have signed to TR and got ESPN exposure and fought all their 140lbs. He could've signed to PBC who has control of the WBA and IBF belts and had a potential 3 belt unification war. Instead he decides to go to MR and start yelling "across the street" for fights. Clown shyte bro...clown shyte. More bad business by Hearn for Dazn. Three fights and he's out. Wasting money. I would tell any U.S. fighter that if they sign with Dazn it has to be a ten fight deal. They can't afford to deal with part time players.

Why isn’t Catterall one of the three fights? The whole 140 division is full of flaky head cases from con man Prograis to Ramirez and Barboza, better known as the deluded “I know my worth” brothers.
I don’t want to believe that about Prograis. I want to believe he is about making the best fights. Like I said, I’m a fan of his. But hard to argue in his favor when he takes a deal like this.

I feel I understand Regis here. Though Top rank might offer more money and have the best exposure at 140 with most fighters but it is not a guarantee those said fighters will want to fight prograis therefore making Regis rusty however at Matchroom and Dazn, in a 3 fight deal, he will get to be active.

After PARO fight, he will get to fight Catterall next and maybe Subriel after that for unification.... So in a way he gets to be active while earning decent money plus a supposed unification fight coming and his worth rising supposing all these fights happen and he win all of them
