I agree he's ranked #1 in terms of resume and being the champ. But I think he's the 3rd best right now.

Exactly what have Benavidez and the other guy done to be ranked ahead of Canelo? And don’t give me the “eyeball test” nonsense.

      achievements, list them.

Fights are not won or lost based on achievements. Who are you taking Boots Ennis or Manny Pacquiao if they fought next month? Boots or Ugas? What about Jared Anderson vs Whyte?

What’s Canelo gonna do when he realizes that he can’t hurt Benavitez, and what’s Canelo gonna do when Benavitez doesn’t get tired and actually starts to come on and gain speed in the 2nd half like he typically does?

Prime vs prime Canelo probably smokes him and wins a wide decision, but I’m of the opinion that Canelo’s on the decline and he has been since even before Bivol. He’s only 32, but he’s an old 32 at 63 professional bouts.

I’m sure Canelo wins his fair share of rounds and probably looks good early on, but he’s not gonna sustain that against a guy built like Benavitez.

Canelo’s greatest fault more than anything is he still thinks he can KO anyone and everyone. He has power, but he doesn’t have that kind of power. Benavitez breaks him down, but I can totally see them robbing Benavitez of a decision. So my pick would actually be Canelo by robbery.

Lol. That analogy is way off. You acting like Canelo is 40, shot to hell and no longer a champ.

Canelo is only 3 fights removed from fighting Plant and he did way better vs him than Benavidez. And who is the other guy? The guy that KOd some Brazilian cab driver? He’s better? Lol.

But you keep saying Canelo loses to these guys but you don't say why. You can't just say he loses and then refuse to give legit reasons why. Use your head kid

Canelo’s not Plant. He punches with bad intentions and he has a better chin. And he’s better defensively than Plant. He’s pretty much superior to Plant in every way possible in a boxing ring. And Plant gave Benavidez fits especially in the first 6 rounds.

Canelo is past his prime. It's obvious. He didn't do "way better" vs Plant either. He stopped him but Bayless saved Plant vs Benavidez.

I can tell from these posts that you know little about boxing. You're a casual fan at best.
