Sucks. Fury would beat Chong with one eye and one arm tied behind his back. Boring fight.

I think it could be an interesting fight, but I'd go with Fury by late stoppage. Zhang just doesn't have the gas tank for 12 hard rounds...and Fury would take him into deep waters. Would have rather seen it a few years ago when Zhang was younger.

Flip probably hits harder than zhang, and if they did land, Zhang wouldve acted as strange as flip did....Zhang chin can't be that good.

But credit to flip he still had a bit of energy at end, so Zhang might need more bodywork to slow young pup down. But having the energy of youth don't mean you won the story of the fight!

Zhang quite rightly ranked above flip. Zhang had off night, if beating Joyce is anything to go by. Flip needs another big win to show win over Zhang weren't a one off fluke.
I'm not talking about the public perception I'm talking about the judges.
No matter how crooked the judges are if you're clearly dominant you will win which is why Bivol beat Canelo.

Only Usyk & id still pick Fury to maul him. Let's hope no matter who it is we get undesputed in December.
Name a boxer who has faster hands than Fury has fought? Oh there are several men who have faster hands than the out of shape and washed up guys that Fury has fought. Ruiz, Joshua, Hrgovic, and Sanchez , all have faster hands than Chisora, Whyte and Wallin. Fury has fought the fringe contender types who really don't offer much.

Zhang is a step up from a typical Fury opponent. He has faster hands than Chisora, Whyte and Wailln, and better power and skills too. Fury really hasn't fought talented guys apart from the mediocre boxer Wilder who floored Fury four times.

Mate, hardcore Fury's fans perception is warped or they lie to themselves on a daily basis 'Regarding Tyson Fury and his abilities'.

Tyson Fury has actually fought nobody, no fighter who can been deemed to have World Class to Elite level Hand speed since 'Kiltschko, Steve USS Cunningham & and certain versions of Wilder'.

Deontay Wilder does have good one punch speed, but during his 3rd fight vs Fury 'That part of his game was decreased, which was most likely a trade off for adding so much nonfunctional mass so quickly'.

Joshua, definitively 1000% has faster overall hand speed than Deontay Wilder and his levels above Whyte & Chisora in this department.

Zhang is stylistically a different kind of fighter to what Fury has been fighting of late. Not only is he a genuine super heavyweight, I think he has better boxing skills at-least from long to mid-range than Chisora, Whyte and Wilder 'Combined with good power and overall durability'.

I still back Tyson Fury to win, but it is for sure a really good fight for Tyson Fury etc.

Fury these past few months has most likely experienced what it is like to be held to a high standard 'Fury for the most part during his career, in my opinion has not be held to a high standard. Not in comparison to fighters like Anthony Joshua, who is still currently held to a higher standard than Fury'.

So I would expect Fury's next fight, to be one of these fighters. And if that is the case, that is a sold fight for Fury 'Nobody can really criticize the match making' etc.
Public pressure might have increased but my sense of Fury is that will only increase his resolve to do the opposite of what they want.

He'd more than likely beat Zhang. That would be an overwhelmingly popular opinion. While that remains the case it's much easier for him to state he would win than actually take a chance on proving it.

Why would he do that? Well it's what he's always done - why would we expect he'll do anything else? He's not in a position where he needs to take a risky fight.

Fury will fight who he wants to fight. If someone wants to fight him, they need to target the WBC mandatory.
