I think Eddie knew he was going to lose this on purpose.

Hearn wanted the fight in Liverpool or in the Middle East and once it became clear that he couldn't pull either one off (the Arabs will only pay big money for the mega fights with big names) he lost interest and Top Rank stole the bid.

Watch this interview, Hearn and Callum Smith both wanted the MONEY and preferred a fight in Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia. The Liverpool fight was a long shot but still worth doing.

A fight in Canada is OK but Beterbiev needs to make a big statement and Top Rank actually needs to put in some work promoting this guy properly. He has a huge untapped fanbase; the UK momentum, the Caucus region, Eastern Europe where they love all the Alpha male stuff, the Middle East and the ****** fanbase. Even Joe Rogan is repping this guy every chance he gets.

Come on Top Rank, do your job properly and make Beterbiev the PPV star that he deserves to be.

Then the Canelo vs Bivol rematch cannot and should not happen at 168lbs either.

Or maybe Bivol should pretend to be a ****** and fight for WBC's rainbow belt? LOL

Meanwhile, Mauricio lets Jermall hold the belt hostage for 2 years dealing with THOT wife problems. The sport needs serious regulation on the federal and international level.

Bivol is not getting Canelo at 168. The rematch will be at 175 or else Canelo will call someone else's number. "Beterbiev-Smith winner"??? Ahahahahahahaha! You're a funny guy.

No. However the Russell Bros. would be a bigger draw in that area than Hector Luis Garcia.

True. But which Russell would have fought Tank? The one at 140? He’s still a prospect. The one at 118 is awful and GRJ (126) retired I thought?

The one at 140 said he could make 135 for Tank, before Tank chose Hector Luis Garcia!
