I'm not interested in fights that involve fighters with competing promoters. One has to bend over backwards to make the fight happen. Otherwise, it's just fantasy. Forget about it and move to something else.

I would love to see this fight and give Benavidez a reasonable chance at winning. Beterbiev would test his will for damn sure. A win against Beterbiev kills any chance at a Canelo fight but puts David in a great place for legitimacy in the boxing world. Even the haters would have to credit him.

Benavidez is full of crap. He had his chance to fight Beterbiev and begged WBC to go back down to 168 and not fight him.
