Pick one, was Pac still on top of the division at 40 or was he shot at 36? you dont get both.
Do you think anyone really won the fight between Floyd and Manny? I don't. It was a decision where no one did anything substantial to the other guy... We at least needed the championship rounds when 15 rounds was the norm... Floyd was not great at 150, he was great at 130ish. Ward dominated his competition at his weight class, Floyd did not really do so. What does this mean? I don't know lol...

I think Floyd goes on a short list at around 130... would Shane have hurt him? Duran? its possible.

Lots of guys could give Floyd hell but beating him is another story, I don't care if some people think Castillo beat May I don't think he did in a close fight.
Manny's a small 147lbr who had to gorge himself to go up to 147lbs.

At the weigh in, he was smaller by 3lbs

Oscar's 5'10" and fought all the way up to 160lbs.

          There's no comparison.

Manny still had never fought at that weight.

He still was the much bigger man NATURALLY and had fought at 147 for a decade, while Manny had never done it.

And he wasn't 172lbs on fight night. He wasn't 25lbs heavier when he fought Floyd\

He was 164lbs on fight night against Floyd & 147 against Manny.

a younger Mosley would've knocked Mayweather out.
A prime Oscar De La Hoya would beat Mayweather easier, Mayweather fought an older Oscar De La Hoya . The real Oscar De La Hoya that fought Chavez Senior and Mosley 1 and 2 from 1997 to 2000 would give Mayweather more hell than the one Mayweather fought in 2007

Prime DLH schools Mayweather. No doubt about it.

40 yo Mosley nearly knocked Mayweather out. 28 yo Mosley would have a faster and more powerful swing on those punches. He would've got Mayweather outta there. 2nd or 3rd round KO. Mayweather would just be another mark.
Everything said here is fact after the second comment down to 40 year old mosley nearly ko mayweather

He is a small WW , that doesnt change the fact Oscar was wrecked , he gained 2lbs in 30 hours and Manny out weighed him, if Oscar wasnt drained so badly he would have been over MW as he was with Mayweather, its a massive difference in the two versions, the Oscar KOing Mayorga fighting Floyd, than Oscar looking like crap with a LW Stevie Forbes then fighting Manny, the weight killed Oscar and it elevated Manny.

Are you aware of Manny weighing 144 while fighting at 130, 5lbs more than Morales. point is Manny been 144for many years, Oscar been over 160 for near on a decade, who do you think has the advantage with Manny being 147 and Oscar 145 fight night,,,,,,,,,Oscar was dead man walking no doubt at all, there is no comparison to the version Floyd beat.

He didnt though and it doesnt mean a thing, 40yr old Mosley could punch as hard as sleeping Margarito and MW Mayorga, Mosley always had power, that shot Floyd took would have slept a lot of guys, it took being a great to not only survive but to stay in control and put on a systematic beat down.

I dont think to many people actually go and look at ATGs in history, they were beat or stopped or severely hurt or struggled with an average guy at some point or at multiple points, The sht Ive seen in this forum about Floyd, oh he got a bloody nose from Cotto, oh he was wobbled by 2 guys in his entire career, these aint boxing people spinning this BS.

Floyd was the best welterweight in the world at 38 years old.

Ward quit boxing in his early 30s after a debatable decision followed on by a literal 5 punch combination to the balls and ref intervention. that is how ward went out. And after the super 6 he spent like 5 years fighting nobodies.

Ward cleaned out his division and had to fight up in weight. Ward dominated in his division at his weight.
