So, let`s hope Loma beats Haney and Stevenson and Tank fight him.

If Haney beats Loma, Loma retires, Haney vacates and moves up and this division will become bad with Stevenson and Tank ducking each other.

If he looks good winning against Loma, I hope Stevenson might anyway.

If he loses , there's a plausible reason right here

That would probably be a big mistake Haney, your best bet is to move up to the 140 weight class right after your fight against Lomachenko.
You can wait for Stevenson, and Tank up at 140 pound's, as they're bound top move to the higher weight class within a year, two at the latest.
Then hopefully the additional 5 pound's, might improve your punching power, in order for you to get some knockout's in your future fight's.

If Haney beats Loma there's no way he's turning down the Davis or Stevenson Pay check scrap

This is the wise move but maybe not the money move!

If Haney truly wants to be P4P #1 and all this other sh** he talks about, he should fight Tank or Stevenson before he moves up. Both those guys are elite fighters in their prime, he’d get massive respect for beating either of those guys, however I think he loses to both.

This is boxing, there's no way a matchup with Tank or Stevenson manages to get signed as Haney's next fight. And, the longer he waits in those negotiations the harder it becomes to make 135, and both Tank and Stevenson know that. In a perfect world this would make sense, he fights one or both at 135 then they can rematch at 140. But, again, this is boxing and if they haven't fought at 135 yet I doubt it happens with such a quick turn-around this year, unfortunately.

If Haney defeats Loma then he should fight Tank next instead Shakur because Davis is the bigger draw and it can help build up his brand and profile. Even though Top Rank and ESPN could probably offer him more guaranteed money to fight Stevenson.
