Rubbish, what does Wilder have apart from powerful right hand? Wilder can't outbox AJ and it's also not certain he can handle AJ's power. Wilder does have a puncher chance to beat AJ. Wilder is only a monster to c-level fighters. There's a good reason why he declined to face AJ for the undisputed championship despite $100M offer. Since he is sitting and waiting for a retirement payday AJ is generous to offer him that payday. This fight is nothing but a money grab, it would have been something to look forward to when both had the opportunity to become undisputed HW champion few years ago.

Deontay beat Ortiz twice & dropped Fury 3 times. They are not 'C level' fighters. Maybe in the 70s they would've been but today they are as good as we got. AJ screwed Deontay over for years, offering derisory money which was why Deontay was so pleased to fight Fury. I also don't think Deontay will face much incoming 'power'. AJ will fiddle around & try to jab. He won't push Deontay back because he is too scared of that Deontay RH, which, at some point, will land & that is all she wrote.

A.J. don't want that smoke , and A.J. doesn't have the chin Wilder has either. Wilder may not be a "boxer" but best believe AJ chin has no chance of surviving a clean bomb from Wilder.

and joshua will land on wilders brittle chin and probably more often and first. wilder doesnt have a good chin either remember. ortiz had him nearly ko'd and might have done the job if it weren't for a surprise rest given to wilder. so the 2 legit fighters he has ever fought ko'd him and nearly ko'd him.

Joshua is scared of power now. That’s why he tries to box to a decision instead of knocking people out.

Wilder’s power is going to have him terrified.

Wilder has shower a very good chin.
Luis Ortiz was one of the heaviest hitters in the heavyweight division. When Ortiz first fought Wilder, Ortiz was 28-0, he had stopped 26 of those opponents. Few people would have survived those bombs Wilder took in round 7 during their first fight.

Wilder wouldn’t have got to where he was without having a decent chin; he’s not known for winning every round, outboxing opponents or have a slick defence! He has often taken his fair share of punishment, relying on his toughness before finally catching his opponents with his eraser of a right hand and forcing the stoppage.

I found Wilder’s 2nd and 3rd fights with Fury uncomfortable to watch, he took so many hard shots to the head I was amazed he was able to stand as long as he did!

Whether Wilder can still take the kind of punishment he has in the past is anyone’s guess. I’d favour Wilder to win against Joshua, however Joshua punches harder than Fury. If AJ comes out fast and puts some combinations on Wilder early, he probably could get the early stoppage. If Wilder lands a flush right, it’ll be good night. If AJ tries to outbox Wilder, he’ll almost certainly get caught and KO’ed. For AJ to win he needs to go hard for the first few rounds, back up Wilder and seek an early finish. I think it would be an entertaining match up. I can’t see it reaching the final bell.
