Warrens definitely not advising him to take the rematch, he’ll he told Joshua to retire if he took the Ruiz rematch . No way does he risk his own guy now and sounds like Joyce is basically saying the rematch won’t be the next move ?

At 37 who is he going to fight instead of Jimmy Wang Yang? Another southpaw? Charles Martin or Luis Ortiz? Just take the rematch & avenge the loss. If he doesn’t he may never get his title shot.

Joe was exposed , he couldn't deal with the big powerful southpaw. He needs work to do this and maybe a southpaw with less threat than Zhang before taking the rematch. I hope he doesn't follow the same route as Joshua who has looked gunshy and not the same fighter since his battering by Ruiz. It would be a shame as his face forward fighting has been exciting , although not advisable but he should count himself lucky it wasn't Wilder landing his bombs.

Wilder wouldnt have the skills to set things up Zhang did and beat Joyce with the jab and I’m sure Joyce would just take punishment planning to stop Wilder late ,no different tactics or awareness of Wilders right hand right ,just go in and not a care in the world ? Lol

Count himself lucky as if now Wilder can beat Joyce now for what another fighter did that Wilder wouldn’t have the tools to do ? Everything Zhang did was off counter punching , Wilder is one of the worst counter punchers today in boxing in any weight class ,he literally just stands there with a high guard if someone gets in on him . Zhang chains his shots together and effectively uses jabs and body punching as well knows how to circle around on the back foot ,these are multiple things Wilder sucks at , it’s just a fact and the fact he should get laid out by Joshua to if that fight happens for the exact reasons here among others . Yes , I think you might be right about Zhang , I wonder if that's why Joshua refused him as an opponent last time out and instead chose Franklin ?

Joyce's quickest way back into title contention is? To rematch and beat Zhang.

Of course, he can fight and beat many other fighters outside of Zhang. But the route back towards a title fight will be difficult, if he does not rematch Zhang.

Joyce is at the point of maximum jeopardy in his career, ether he moves towards that challenge or away from it 'Every top fighter with the ambition to ether fight or in a World title will? Have at some point been in this position during their careers' etc.
