BoxingScene.com has confirmed that unbeaten junior welterweight contender Arnold Barboza will no longer move forward with the ordered WBO junior welterweight title eliminator versus Paro. The development comes one day after Matchroom Boxing secured the rights to the final elimination bout through a purse bid hearing held Thursday at WBO headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I don't think it's Bob blocking this one. 40% of $303k is not a lot of money for someone used to making considerably more on TR cards. Eddie knew EXACTLY what he was doing bidding that low. And if the WBO thinks Ramirez is taking this fight, then I've got some nice beachfront property for sale in Idaho if they're interested.
