The man who beat him, was desperate to do it again. But Taylor wanted none of it. He relinquished his belts in the ring and then after by refusing to fight the man he should have.

I dont believe Taylor won either. Doesnt change the fact the judges scored it for Taylor. Hes still the man regardless of feelings unfortunately.

Not uncrowned undisputed if he really felt he was uncrowned undisputed you'll be fighting as a main event and top opponents. Not journeymen on someone elses card. Guys whole claim to fame now is that he got robbed. Should have did better instead of letting his foot off the gas last few rounds thinking he had it in the bag.
        That’s why he is uncrowned.

But we all know who the real king of 140 is.

No, not only did he lose, he refused to fight him again. He's also lost almost all the belts.

          He's not the man anymore.

I have no ill will towards him, but he's relinquished his position as 'the man'. The rematch was his only redemption.

its a shame boxing allows knobs like him to continue to get big fights & carry on with his BS

same as allowing a-siders to retire undefeated by giving them all close fights & not so close fights too

I wish him all the best. Have no hard feelings for him. Hope he can prove he's the man again.

But he lost his last fight and ducked the rematch. If he had a belt it would've been stripped.

He's simply not the man, no matter how much you want to believe he is.
