    Some observations:
    1. Floyd and Ellerbee knew what they are doing in terms of building Tank
    2. Tank and Ryan brought a lot of casual fans.
    3. The pre fight hype, while at times tasteless, worked
    4. The ESPN pre fight interviews helped massively
5.Make Spence v Crawford immediately to keep momentum
6, Tank better come out of jail all about his business because he is the next one.
It's kind of odd that ESPN gave the fight that push, but it's really Stephen A. Smith that gave it the push on his show! He's in love with David Benavidez too! Tank vs. Shakur is the fight to make...ASAP!

Crawford and Spence if they face each other, and Ryan when he faced Davis.

“No one in this world, so far as I know — and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me — has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people. Nor has anyone ever lost public office thereby.”

For perspective, UFC / MMA, which is dependent on PPV, has had just 10 shows in 30 years and 644 total UFC events, that did as much, and only 4 in this decade.

            ....boxing is dead though, right?
Only 10 ppv ufc cards over 30 years? Huh ...I would have thought is more than that...but yeah boxing aint dead like some keep saying. It never will

Damn haters are all over this. Boxing fans are the worst.

That number was likely fueled mostly by casuals. Hardcore fans don’t give a fck about this sport, most probably streamed it.

Thank you to the casuals for supporting boxing.
