Yes and I don't blame him. Garcia knew he was outmatched and getting back up would only prolong the inevitable. It's better for him to quit and live to fight another day to potentially get a rematch and try again, than to have his brains scrambled.

im leaning toward this. initially, i thought he couldnt get up cuz he couldnt breathe. but after watching it again, he made a business decision. which is his right, but he must know the backlash he will get, he basically proved the haters right, that hes not a "real warrior", just an ig model.
