    Tank to Be Outboxed

His style is different. An unusually short fighter who outboxes with low volume counterpunching. Not much jabbing

fighter with great jab would give Gervonta hell?

Gervonta throws less than Floyd. Think about that.

hes not a great boxer at all. its the wilder thing all over again. wilder was dropping rounds left and right to mediocre fighters. so is tank. watch the fonseca, barrios, santa cruz, and isaac cruz fights and those guys are mediocre at best. this is why they are protecting him so much and hes never fought a top 5 fighter. wilder looked bad against molina, spilzka, ortiz etc...before ko'ing them later in the fights. tank is doing the same thing although cruz went to decision and might have even won or drew with the great tank davis lmao

I think Tank is very underrated technically tbh. He’s a smart fighter, understands how to use angles and very good at controlling range. Look how easily he took the left hook away from Ryan Garcia.

The only Lightweight that I could see conclusively outboxing Tank is Shakur Stevenson. Tank doesn’t like to initiate, he likes to set traps and he likes to use your own aggression against you. He couldn’t sit on the back foot against Stevenson, Shakur is far too smart to fall into those traps. He’d just touch Tank from range and pile up the points on the cards. Tank would have to press the action against Shakur. Best fight in the division for me.

he fought isaac cruz at lightweight and it was a dead even fight. what is this "outboxing" general catch all term even mean? cruz was landing more punches in a lot of the rounds. does that not count as outboxing? maybe isaac cruz is just a hidden great? like barrios?

But he sets twice as many traps and punches like a mule, Davis uses his physical size and power to his advantage, its like coming in on a stationary death adder that can strike from nowhere so fast you don't know what hit you, the opponents find this out and don't know what to do with it, I cant wait for Shakur Haney Davis to get it on, I like Shakur to come out on top but Davis has that one shot capability at all times, bam its all over and that can make opponents very gunshy.

After reviewing their highlights only I thought Tank would beat Ryan.

Gervonta showed better ring instincts and iq.

both explosive guys. But Tank can ko guys with a huge variety of punches

Ryan’s arsenal includes only 3: left hook, right cross, left hook to the body

Tank is a lot of fun to watch. A mini Kid Dynamite.

capable of exploding at anytime to score a KO like Mike despite throwing less than Mayweather
