Joshua Clottey is a WW fighter that has weighed in on fight night at 170 lbs.

He should start considering moving up, this weight draining to 147 can be the main factor why he is not as active throwing punches during his fights. He probably tires and he has not even notice it because he is so physically strong.
The dude is a solid concrete wall.

But probably moving up to 154 will increase his punching strenght and his punching activity and be a better fighter.

Well most of the Top WW would have to move up then because am sure most of them come in at 165 plus...I also think Clottey should look at the option of fighting Martinez but maybe he has better fight offers on the table, The thing is you have to chase your biggest payday/exposure with better known names while others are chasing you for their biggest payday/exposure

I agree with you on searching the biggest pay day and also that there are plenty of WW that come in at 165, however it is Clottey that seams to be affected the most because of his drastic dicrease in his performance during later rounds where he has seem to be loosing strenght. If you notice Clottey's body frame even fight night at 170+ it is all muscles, when other fighters are not as cut as he is. Meaning that he seems to lose muscle weight, when others lose fat and liquid. This obviously will have a different affect in your performance. Just to give you and example, fighters like Margarito, Kermit Cintron and others are know to come in over 165 lbs for a WW fight but they do not have all the muscles that Clottey has.

It would be a good fight. Maybe he'll change his mind.
