You were pretty ok with PAC fighting Margarito at a catchweight of 150, Cotto at 145, Algieri at 140, weight drained Oscar to 147 plus fighting guys that were coming off losses like Broner, Mosley, Rios etc.
How are you NOT supporting this like you did Pacqiao?
ALSO, why have s CW with Cotto IF he was willing to rematch Cotto at 147? Why not just do it right the first time? You are still justifying that dubious CW over a decade later but are complaining about Tank-Garcia CW.Comment

Oh I see, floyd never even offered Nell rematch at full 154. When Nell was 160 champ if floyd offered 154 it would be better than nothing.
But pac stopped cotto, no real need to play it again at 147. Floyd only best nelo in a tip tap chess match. A chess match is always worth revisiting for boxing purists
You get called out on your hypocrisy and you run to Floyd and Canelo.
Why can’t you stay on topic? Because like ALL the others, you switch gear and go into a different topic to make another absurd argument to deflect from your hypocrisy. You would make a great politician.
Now make this a personal attack to avoid answering the question

I remember you. But, but, but, it was damn well fine when Mayweather agreed to fight at a contracted catch weight of 144 lbs against an older, smaller Marquez. Fail to make weight like a true unprofessional and not even try to like a true coward. Refuse to weigh-in on fight night to see how much weight was gained after rehydrating. Choose to pay $600,000 for not even trying to make weight. Why didn’t Floyd even try to sweat out the last 2 lbs and make the contracted weight of 144 lbs. Because weight drain does have a detrimental effect on a fighter you hypocrite. Floyd was scared to lose to an older, smaller fighter he basically cheated and didn’t even try. That’s a coward.
Ha ha ha!! Like the other guy, you guys have no answer but to run to Floyd.
Every single time.
Why did Frazier quit against Ali? Because Floyd is a coward
Why did Trump lie? Because Floyd had a CW with Marquez.
Stay on topic or stay in your lane!

Now that would be one hell of a fight, but Tank is talking about fighting Haney. So we'll have to see exactly in which direction Tank, Haney, Stevenson, and Ryan are headed to next. Running it back would be the easiest way to go about it for Tank, and Ryan, but unfortunately that's probably not going to happen.

Tank has his win, his weird fanbase adamantly denying that the catchweight and rehydration clause had any effect whatsoever. Tank won't do it again because he has his win and he got it with minimal risk.

Cotto was a WW when Pac fought Cotto at a CW of 145. 145 is a CW, 147 isnt a CW. Cotto moved up to 154 after loss to Pac, so that is irrelevant. Pac offered rematch at 147 which isnt a CW. 135 for the Tank and Ryan fight is a CW fight at 135 as Ryan was already a 140 fighter.
So Tank needs to rematch Ryan at 140. and no hydration clauses. Floyd needed to rematch Nelo at 154.Last edited by hugh grant; 04-24-2023, 10:23 AM.Comment

Ryan was drained, huh? So is him not being drained going to clean up his defense and footwork?Comment
