    Yes.
Took the cowards way out. Pretty disappointed. I wanted to see his overrated ass laid out.
I would have respected him more if he got knocked out instead of quitting like a bish.
    No respect for cowards

Possibly but this is where those weight stipulations can come into play when it comes to taking a big punchers shots

He quit being poor. Who cares about boxing. It's not even possible to go down in history anymore it's been so thoroughly ruined. Floyd never beat a great fighter near their prime and he's the greatest? Sure...that's a great precedent to set. Tank never fought a top 5 fighter oh well who cares he's great cause hess on the TV! Why would you be motivated to fight for that? He wanted to win but oh well. You prob take it more seriously than them. It's like people who watch Fox news. The people on Fox don't. Believe what they are saying. The boxers don't believe any of this crap Legacy greatness warrior yeah yeah can I have the money now

Don’t get me wrong he was definitely hurt but I do think he could’ve got up.

It was like he realised if I get back up I’m getting KTFO and thought nah I’d rather get counted out.

He did, it was disappointing because it was biggest fight of his life but he looked scared the whole fight and found a way out

He shelled up a bit after he got tagged in round 2.

Seemed to get his confidence back in round 6 but then walked into one again in the 7th.

Was a very polished performance from Tank. I think we often underestimate how skilled of a boxer he is because of his phenomenal power. Every time Garcia opened up, Tank took advantage of those openings.

Well if he felt he had nothing left at that point that's a call he had had to make and could live with.

He sprung back up pretty good after the first kd and i thought that was a bigger punch.

What's surprising to me is how can this kid be in Oscar's stable and his basic jab/footwork be so underdeveloped. Bernard Hopkins too wtf

                  That's exactly my thought

He could have if he really wanted to but chose to get counted out as he saw the end was near.

the problem is that mentality never usually leaves fighters and starts to become easier for them to check out of fights.

I mean I won't disrespect fighters and say you should get up and risk getting splattered, I'm not the one taking the shots, but the reality is that's the sport they chose and fighters with stronger mentality would get up if they can and they're the ones you have to come up against.

Garcia showed a big weakness there in my opinion. It won't be the last time happens, if he fights more real world level guys. These elite fighters who are mentally tough will now be sure he can be broken, and that's all the edge they need.

All depends on him at this point but he has plenty of time to go to the drawing board and make the necessary adjustments.
