lets talk about none of the three judges scored the 2 round as 10-8. there is no justification to not ban all 3 of them. there is not even one rule respected by scoring it 10-10 or 10-9. If they think garcia batter hurt and dominated tank in the second round but then got dropped it would be a 9-9 which actually never happens and in this case it is just a obvious try to set up the biggest heist in boxing history. by the way garcia will not beat any top 5 140 or 35 guy in the next 5 years. he lacks the two important parts in boxing heart and ring IQ

If Garcia's ribs aren't broken then this has to be one of the worst quits that I've seen off the top of my head.. I guess this was Ryan's money grab and you are not going to see him near a ring for awhile. He made millions for a huge non effort. The power of social media (lol)

Two things will get you back on your feet after a body shot : Determination and condition and Ryan has neither

The thing with Ryan is that he can take a punch physically but not mentally. Once he got a bloody nose it looked like he wanted to go home. Did anyone else think it was weird and amateurish how Garcia would turn his back away from Tank every time the fight got close as to avoid the body shot. This is not the defence of a professional fighter and reeks of fear.

I did not see the fight....just read the round-by-round. BUT........ as far as scoring goes, I see incorrect scoring all the time and it drives me crazy. I'm not even talking BAD scoring.... just INCORRECT scoring. In the 2nd round..... IF it was a very close round and then Davis got a knockdown, it can only be scored 10-8 Davis. If Garcia dominated the round and Davis got a flash knockdown, then the round would be scored 9-9. A knockdown doesn't automatically mean you win the round. Again.... didn't see it, but from what I read Round #2 should have been 10-8 Davis.

Maybe. The only possible way you call it 10-9 was that you WOULD have called it an even 10-10 round, but the knockdown caused Garcia to lose a point.

Dont stress it too much, will be ignored and swept under the rug. Promoters got too much at stake to let judges do things by the book.
