I'll keep saying it until it's proven that I'm right. Mayweather will struggle against Pacquiao. He's been fighting slow fighters for a long time now. The speed of Pacquiao will shock him initially. The size difference is being overblown. Pacquiao is small at Welterweight, but Floyd isn't big either. It won't matter much. Manny could definitely win this.


That said, this is 55-45 fight in favor of Mayweather.

Floyd had already had 5 fights at welterweight, and 3 at Jr. Welterweight. The fact that he was away for two years doesn't account for the fact that he was fighting a lightweight at welterweight.


I don't remember any credible writers saying that Marquez was going to school Floyd. Almost everyone had Floyd winning the fight comfortably.

As far as him never getting props, you have to understand that the way Floyd chose to carry himself, and portray himself in the media, you are essentially drawing a bull's eye on your back.

Here's the info that Khan gave us...

a) Khan has sparred with both of 'em

b) Single shots(which Floyd is famous for) won't keep PAC off

c) Combos will push Wolf Ticket back

d) PAC's been more active

All the above are good points and quite possibly be the difference maker, the only thing I disagree with Khan is him favoring PAC over Wolf Ticket.

However, PAC definitely has inside shot at beating Wolf Ticket. It also depends on how PAC comes out of his fight with Cotto.

during the fight of marquez the pac has only job straight combinations but look closely what he is right now, his got everything ; the power, the speed with so many punches in a different angle combination,the timing with so much accuracy ,the footwork of a rubber band, so tell me how can mayweather manages that when he fight pac with the invisible hand speed ,he would probably say '' i was hit by a ghost ''. Amir khan knows that , i agree with him...
