right, in response to what garcia's father said, you responded with the statement:

i am asking why does ryan need to earn a shot at davis when davis has no titles in this weightclass?

Davis is a 3 time boxing champion, in 3 different weight division's, Ryan has yet to win a title, and he might not win one tonight.
That has yet to be determined, in a few hour's we will find out if Ryan win's his first title or not.
Obviously this is a hot topic, because you have 2 subscriber's who agree with Ryan's father's statement, and 2 who have an issue with it.

Why does he even care? His son earned it, and ran in another direction. And Stevenson is way more worthy than Garcia is. And in any case, he'd only run in another direction again. He should just stay in his own lane, and let the big boys have the big fights.
