    I’m not saying Tank wins. I’m saying he’s a great boxer and if you know about boxing, then you know what you’re looking at. But idk…maybe you know more than Loma, Haney, and Shakur who all have stated on record that Tank would be their toughest test.

      It's actually a pretty good comparision. Both Cooney and Garcia were incomplete pros that had big followings and big left hooks. Both were rushed into big $ fights as well.l, fought hard but were stopped by better skilled, more experienced fighters
