Dzanie landed his best shot of the fight & had his best round , not enough for me, but wouldn’t be surprised if he got the round

    5-0 Salas

6-0 Salas. Dzanie is pushing 40 & not a world class fighter , but Salas might be a future player at 122 . Very talented

Dzanie comes out & wins the first 1min of round 8 and drops the ball from gassing himself and Salas taking over

8-0 Salas. I wouldn’t be mad at 6-2 Salas if they gave 8 the Dzanie

9-0 Salas. Caught Dzanie off balance & gets a KD at the end of the round

Salas looks alright, he got better as it went on, and the the other guy was there the whole time. Good energy

10-0 Salas. Excellent performance, few lapses where he got caught with huge right hands, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on Salas.

Hope Dzanie can get some more opportunities testing up & comers

Musaev vs Alvarez up next. They keep calling the Musaev guy an amateur standout, & apparently he’s fought on ProBox previously.

I’ve never heard of him personally

Collazo should retire. He hasn't won a fight in four years and his previous two fights were stopped on brutal cuts. He has wins over Jose Antonio Rivera, Miguel Angel Gonzalez, and Victor Ortiz and losses to Ricky Hatton, Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Amir Khan, and Keith Thurman (all fights went the distance except Thurman). He briefly held the full version of the WBA title. He has nothing left to prove to anyone.

He says he wants to make one last run…. I hope he gets the win tonight & decides to go out on the win. He turns 42 Saturday.
